Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp’s wife, Ulla, has determined what Klopp will do after he leaves the Merseyside club in the summer.
The German manager announced in January that he would depart Liverpool, marking the end of a nine-year era during which the Reds won the Premier League and the Champions League.
Klopp is expected to take a break from football, with Ulla deciding that he will take up cooking and dance classes. She wants him to spend more time at home rather than accepting a job with the Germany national team or another club.
Jurgen Klopp has shared his future plans
After leaving Anfield, Klopp has said he plans to take dance and cooking classes.
“There are a few things Ulla [Klopp’s wife] told me – I have to learn cooking and a dance class. I said, ‘You don’t want me to have a break because if I do that, I will start working again after four weeks!’” Klopp told Sky News, as reported by The Mirror.
“I should probably learn cooking so I can at least make some breakfast or whatever. This will be the first time in my life where I don’t have a real idea of what I will do, and that’s exactly what I want.”
