We’re now at the crucial point in the season where every match can shape the outcome of the Premier League title race for Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City.

Ahead of this weekend’s games, TNT Sports analysts Laura Woods and Rio Ferdinand predicted the results for these three teams for the rest of the season, forecasting who they believe will be crowned champions by 19 May.

Former Manchester United defender Ferdinand predicts that Liverpool will remain unbeaten in their final seven games but will stumble with draws against Fulham, Everton, and Aston Villa, ultimately finishing third in the table, three points behind City.

Woods’ predictions are more optimistic for Liverpool supporters, as she believes Jurgen Klopp will secure wins in all the remaining matches in his tenure as a Premier League manager.

However, even a flawless run from Klopp might not be sufficient for Liverpool to clinch the title. Woods also predicts that both Arsenal and City will win all their remaining matches, with Arsenal narrowly edging out Liverpool for the top spot on goal difference.

Neither of these outcomes is ideal, as fans would love to see Klopp depart with a second Premier League title.

However, if one prediction had to come true, most would prefer Ferdinand’s scenario to avoid the heartbreak of missing out on the title by such a slim margin as goal difference.
