Liverpool defender Joe Gomez has been linked with a potential move away from the club recently. The 27-year-old is in need of regular playing time, as he currently sits behind Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate in the squad.

Given his talent, Gomez requires more minutes at this stage of his career, and Inter Milan could offer him a fresh start.

According to Inter Live, the Italian champions are interested in signing Gomez, with Liverpool potentially willing to part ways with him for around €20 million.

Inter Milan are aiming to bolster their defensive options, and Gomez would be a valuable addition to their squad.

However, the defender might seek assurances of regular playing time before making the move, as sitting on the bench at Inter wouldn’t be an appealing option.

Having demonstrated his quality at Liverpool, there’s no doubt that Gomez can perform at the highest level.

Gomez’s versatility, as both a central defender and full-back, combined with his excellent passing ability, would enhance Inter Milan’s defense.

Securing a player of his caliber for just €20 million would be a great bargain, and his experience in winning league titles and the Champions League could significantly strengthen Inter’s pursuit of major trophies.
