Aston Villa and Liverpool are gearing up for their upcoming Premier League clash, with both teams facing some squad limitations.

As updated by avfc.co.uk, Aston Villa hopes Youri Tielemans will be fit for Saturday’s game at Liverpool, despite him missing Belgium’s Nations League games to manage a minor issue.

He should play against the Reds before taking the international break to fully recover.

Meanwhile, Ross Barkley is sidelined until after the November internationals, and Matty Cash missed the recent 1-0 Champions League loss to Club Brugge due to injury.

Liverpool has also provided an update, confirming that Diogo Jota will not be available, and Alisson Becker along with Federico Chiesa will remain out until after the upcoming international break.

With both teams missing key players, Liverpool aims to maintain their top position in the Premier League and build on Aston Villa’s recent Champions League setback.
