Al Nassr triumphed over Al Ahli 4-3 at home in a dramatic game to mark their outstanding comeback to Saudi Pro League competition. Cristiano Ronaldo and Talisca scored the first goals of the game, giving the home team in Riyadh a bright start. Franck Kessie’s goal soon before halftime allowed the tenacious visitors, Al Ahli, to get back into the match.
Talisca scored his second goal of the game in the second half, while Riyad Mahrez converted a penalty for Al Ahli in a back-and-forth struggle. The final word, though, belonged to Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored Al Nassr’s tense triumph with his ninth league goal of the year.
