West Ham, though, who had been excellent, got back into the contest in the 42nd minute.
Before the ball is played out to Coufal on the right, Bowel and Antonio are involved in the buildup. When the right back curled in a teaser cross, Bowen outmuscled Virgil Van Dijk and dove in to head the ball into the goal.
Excellent header, but the Liverpool captain could have played better defense.
