Manchester United have reportedly reached a full agreement with Brentford to sign star forward Bryan Mbeumo, according to CentreDevils.

The Premier League giants are on the verge of completing their second major signing of the summer, with Mbeumo set to join Matheus Cunha, whose transfer was confirmed earlier this month.

Mbeumo, a Cameroonian international, has been keen on a move to Old Trafford, having prioritized United in recent weeks.

Brentford initially resisted, rejecting a £55 million bid, but eventually accepted a revised offer worth around £60 million, including performance-related add-ons.

With personal terms now agreed, Mbeumo is expected to sign a long-term deal with United, becoming their second attacking addition of the window. The deal pushes United’s total summer outlay to approximately £122.5 million, following Cunha’s £62.5 million move.

The 25-year-old is coming off his most prolific Premier League season yet, recording 20 goals and eight assists in 38 matches for Brentford.

His standout performances also attracted interest from Tottenham, who were reportedly looking to reunite him with ex-manager Thomas Frank.

Meanwhile, United are still in the market for a striker, though they may need to shift their focus after Viktor Gyokeres—long linked with a move to Old Trafford—allegedly expressed a preference for joining Arsenal to play Champions League football.
