After a lackluster start to the new Premier League season, Pep Guardiola feels that both Manchester United and Chelsea will step up their play. He understands that every team experiences ups and downs throughout the course of the season and that their struggles won’t be constant.
Manchester United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, is under increased pressure following their 3-1 home loss to Brighton. Chelsea has also had trouble scoring goals recently and recently drew 0-0 with Bournemouth. United has lost three of their first five games, while Chelsea has only won one of its first five games, earning just five points under Mauricio Pochettino’s management.

Guardiola has commended Arsenal and Liverpool for their great starts to the new season despite United and Chelsea’s troubles. He thinks that sooner or later, United and Chelsea will both find their groove and strike form.

Guardiola praises Arsenal for their strength and outstanding performance in their most recent match against Everton. He also praises Liverpool’s persistent outlook.Guardiola laughed when questioned about United’s start, hinting that it fell short of expectations. But he has faith that United and Chelsea, two historically dominant clubs, will find their groove and up their game.
Manchester City, who have won five straight games to start the season, are highlighted by Guardiola as being crucial. He thinks their performance following the Triple Crown was extremely outstanding.
