Manchester United suffered a defeat to Brighton in their second Premier League match of the season at the Amex Stadium.
Nearly eleven years after leaving Old Trafford, Danny Welbeck opened the scoring for Brighton after a mistake by Harry Maguire.
Amad missed a good opportunity when the game was still goalless, and Joshua Zirkzee was brought on at halftime, replacing Mason Mount.
Amad equalized around the 60th minute. Alejandro Garnacho appeared to give United a 2-1 lead, but his goal-bound shot was deflected by an offside Zirkzee.
Brighton secured the win when Pedro scored with an unmarked header in the 94th minute.
