Chelsea, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspur are apparently interested in signing Ivan Toney in the January transfer window. Brentford is reportedly requesting at least £60 million for the deal.
Toney is now suspended from football due to breaking a gambling regulation. He has since resumed training, though, and in January he will be able to play once more.
According to the Mirror, Arsenal would have likely made a summer approach if Toney hadn’t been suspended because the midfielder appears to want to leave Brentford.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Toney will “100%” be leaving Brentford in 2024; the only remaining question is which team he’ll play for.

Football insider website Team News and Ticks claims that Toney told his new agent in August that getting a transfer to Arsenal was his top priority.
Another sign that Toney is aggressively looking for a transfer is the fact that he switched agencies earlier this year and joined CAA Stellar Group.
But as of right now, none of the stories explicitly state whether or if Arsenal has spoken to Toney or Brentford.
Toney had 20 goals in 33 Premier League games for Brentford before to his ban.
Although he hasn’t played much recently, the 27-year-old was in the best shape of his career, and he will be hopeful that a prominent club will be willing to take a chance on him in the upcoming window.
