“If He Stays, I’m Leaving”: Bruno Fernandes Issues Stark Warning Amid Manchester United Chaos

Following Manchester United’s painful 1-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final, captain Bruno Fernandes has allegedly delivered a bold ultimatum: if a certain figure blamed for the defeat remains at the club, he’ll seriously consider an exit—possibly to Saudi Arabia.

The defeat not only crushed United’s hopes for a trophy but also ended their chances of European football next season, intensifying the pressure at Old Trafford.

Despite his strong connection to the club, Fernandes has reportedly become disillusioned with recent developments and is now open to leaving.

Saudi side Al-Hilal is said to be lining up a staggering £115 million offer, including a £65 million-per-year salary package, to lure the Portuguese playmaker.

Under-fire manager Ruben Amorim, who is under growing scrutiny after a turbulent season, has reaffirmed his wish to keep Fernandes.

However, he’s also stated he would step down without demanding a payout if he loses the board’s or fans’ backing.

The final defeat exposed persistent flaws in the squad, with few players impressing aside from Amad Diallo.

Striker Rasmus Højlund faced criticism for a subpar showing, adding fuel to the fire as the club now faces difficult summer decisions—potentially including the sale of its captain.

As tensions rise, Manchester United’s leadership must decide whether to back Fernandes or stick with their current direction. Either way, the outcome could reshape the club’s future.
