Dusan Vlahovic is apparently the target of Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, but Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea will provide competition for the LFC.
Liverpool and Chelsea have been connected to one of the world’s greatest teenage strikers, Dusan Vlahovic. Dusan Vlahovic, a striker for Juventus, was linked to Liverpool and Chelsea. Liverpool is to submit a proposal for Juventus forward Dusan Vlahovic during the January transfer window, according to TuttoJuve.
Liverpool reportedly intended to recruit the striker in the summer of 2023, according to the Italian news source. Atletico Madrid and Chelsea are also interested in the £215,000-per-week (SalarySport) star.
But Vlahovic, who is “lightning” and whose “left foot is like a wand,” according to former Manchester City and Fiorentina defender Micah Richards on BBC Radio 5 Live in December 2021, in the middle of the season, is not someone that Juventus intends to let go of, according to TuttoJuve.
In my opinion, Liverpool may have difficulty signing Dusan Vlahovic in January since I do not believe Juventus will sell Vlahovic to Liverpool, Chelsea, or Atletico Madrid in the middle of the season.
Due of Vlahovic’s importance to Juventus, the team will not be selling any of its top players in January, having already won both the UEFA Champions League and Serie A. Juventus does, after all, want to win Serie A this year.
This season in Serie A, Vlahovic has made five starts and two cameos. In those contests, the 23-year-old striker for the Serbian national team has contributed one assist and four goals.
In 22 Serie A starts for Juventus the previous season, the striker finished with 10 goals and two assists. Although Vlahovic’s tenure at Juventus has not been ideal, his immense potential makes it not surprising that Liverpool is interested in him. Although Darwin Nunez is currently Liverpool’s top striker, the Brazil international misses opportunities and does not score many goals.
