Prior to their Europa League debut, Andy Robertson threw Ben Doak a playful slap in a training session while playing for Liverpool. The Scotsman later expressed sorrow for his conduct.
Before facing Swiss team LASK, Jurgen Klopp’s team had been taking part in an open training session. And Robertson recognized his opportunity for a quick jest as the team convened.
However, Robertson’s expression immediately altered after smacking his little teammate. Doak grabbed Robertson’s arm as the Scottish full-back began to turn around, but the two immediately made light of the situation.
One supporter quipped, “Andy Robertson actually looks full of regret the minute Doak looks back at him.” An additional person added: “Oh sorry sorry don’t tell mum vibes…”
A third remarked, “He’s f***ed around and found someone just as Scottish as he is.” Another person chimed in, “Think Andy over hit that one!”

Doak and Robertson both took part in Liverpool’s Thursday night Europa League match. The brilliant corner kick by Florian Flecker gave the Swiss team an early lead, shocking the Reds in the process.
Darwin Nunez’s conversion from 12 yards at the penalty spot allowed Klopp’s team to come back, though. Five minutes later, Luis Diaz gave Liverpool the lead, capping off an ideal team goal that began with a cross from newcomer Ryan Gravenberch.
And Mohamed Salah, who had come off the bench, added the cherry on top with a spectacular individual effort that Nunez had set up. With Union Saint-Gilloise and Toulouse drawing in the other group match, the Reds are currently in first place in Group F.
