Video footage of David Datro Fofana, a Chelsea loanee, fighting with his manager following his substitution during last night’s Champions League game has surfaced.
Following his substitution in Wednesday night’s group stage play, the attacker was shown sweeping past coach Urs Fischer in a photo shared on Twitter by “Gervinho CFC.”
With just 10 games played overall, Fofana has yet to play for the Bundesliga team.
They knew they needed a victory after losing their opening two games when they played Napoli in their Champions League comeback last night.
Their opponents prevailed 1-0 despite the absence of Victor Osimhen, who is dissatisfied at the club and has been linked to Chelsea in the upcoming transfer window.
After playing for seventy minutes, Fofana’s ability to create by chance was more impressive than his ability to find the net.
Fofana and the manager got into an argument.
He skidded past a few players on a great run from the right and felt he had given a great assist. It was, however, pulled back for an offside early in the move.
After 70 minutes, he was replaced, and he was visibly furious about the choice. He stormed to the bench, chatting with his manager along the way.
Given that his loan stint at a Champions League team has not gone as smoothly as everyone would have hoped, this is obviously a sign of his discontent.
Given that Chelsea is reportedly in the process of buying a striker, the 20-year-old would have preferred to have made a more impact by now.
It appears that the Blues are thinking about making a move for Ivan Toney or Osimhen, with the latter being the more likely choice if they wish to deal with the matter in January.

I think the action Fofana took was not the right one and he must adare to the consequences. But the problem is loosing the supper start player for a rival team. To do with Victor Osimhen its all going to Liverpool not Chelsea
