Manchester United played their third Europa League match today against Fenerbahce, managed by former United coach Jose Mourinho.
United came into the game after two Europa League draws against FC Twente and Porto, while Fenerbahce had beaten Union SG in their first match and also drawn with Twente.
The Red Devils started brightly, with Christian Eriksen scoring in the 15th minute, assisted by Joshua Zirkzee.
However, just after halftime, Fenerbahce equalized when Allan Saint-Maximin set up Youssef En Nesyri for his first goal of the tournament.
Unfortunately, in the final moments, United suffered another potential injury blow as winger Antony was stretchered off the field.
The Brazilian, who came on in the 73rd minute for Marcus Rashford, was replaced by Amad Diallo in the 89th minute.
After the match, Antony was seen leaving the stadium on crutches, as reported by Alex Crook on X.
